DeLia Apartments Schematic design of upper-end living units perched on a cliff-side on Casper Mountain Road. The site was maximized and efficiently designed for 72 living units, all facing westward with downhill cliff views of the residential neighborhood below and Casper Mountain Vistas in the distance. Attached garage units on the down-wind side allow for convenient living unit access and quick vehicular access to the adjoining highway.
